IMPORTANT COVID 19 UPDATE : 2nd November 2020
Following the Government announcement of a new lockdown from Thursday 5th November we just wanted to let you all know what we will be doing to keep both our business and customers moving.
From Thursday 5th November our service departments will continue to operate in the same safe manner that we have been since the last lock down but will now again close on Saturday mornings. Sales will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. We will however still have some sales staff working in the dealership focusing on online sales and offering a click and collect service to our customers so we are very much open for business please call us rather than visit. We will still be delivering sold vehicles utilising social distancing processes from an outside handover area. In order to give customers extra peace of mind we have also launched a 14 day money back guarantee on all click and collect used vehicle purchases.

Customers are encouraged to make a timed appointment to visit, this will help us control the number of people in our business at any time.
We respectfully request that customers do not visit us if they are showing any symptoms of COVID 19.
Where possible when visiting us there should be no more than 2 of you in your group
Please ensure that you follow social distancing rules at all times, there are signs and floor markings to help when you visit the business.
In accordance with Government guidelines, we kindly ask that all customers, excluding exemptions* wear a face covering while visiting us.
Our Staff are also now wearing face coverings when in customer facing areas
As you walk in to the business there is a hand sanitisation station by the entrance for your use.
We have installed Perspex screens on all desks to act as an safety barrier between our staff and yourself.
All work stations/pens and PDQ machines are sanitised after each customer visit.
› Touch points are wiped down with a disinfectant wipe after use by both customers and staff.
› We are encouraging all customer to please pay by card or bank transfer to avoid the use of cash.
› No tea/coffee or refreshments will be offered to customers at this stage, coffee machines will not be in use.
› COVID 19 is obviously a risk to us all, we believe we are doing all we can as a business to keep this risk to a minimum. We have conducted a full risk assessment for this and a copy of it can be viewed here if required.
