Kia UK has introduced the Kia Sorento ‘Vision’, a limited edition model which creates a more affordable entry point into the Sorento line-up. The ‘Vision’ sits just below the top-spec ‘Edition’ trim-level, introduced in 2022.
The Sorento ‘Vision’ is available with the same choice of powertrains as the ‘Edition’, meaning customers can purchase the ‘Vision’ with either diesel (£44,995), hybrid (£46,495) or plug-in hybrid (£51,495) power. Each model receives all-wheel drive as standard.
Being designed as an ideal family car, the Sorento ‘Vision’ also benefits from a generous number of safety systems, receiving exactly the same passive and active safety equipment as the more expensive ‘Edition’ model, excluding only Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (PCA) and Remote Smart Park Assist (RSPA). Further emphasising the Sorento’s safety credentials, the entire line-up has been awarded the coveted five-star Euro NCAP safety rating.

Kia Sorento named ‘Best 7 Seater’ at the Auto Trader New Car Awards 2022
Voted for by the UK public, the Kia Sorento has been named the UK’s ‘Best 7 Seater’, at the sixth-annual Auto Trader New Car Awards.
Consumers were asked to rate their cars across 16 different criteria, from reliability and performance to appearance and running costs. They were also asked about their overall satisfaction with their car and how likely they would be to recommend it to others.
The winners of the Auto Trader New Car Awards are determined by 156,500 genuine car owners who voted for 19 of this year’s 22 categories, making the Sorento a true consumer champion.
Erin Baker, Auto Trader’s Editorial Director, said: “When it comes to a new car, a seven-seater is a great addition to the family. The Kia Sorento SUV is a comfortable car to drive, with some great features and accessories. Owners told us that the car was sturdy and comfortable. They loved the third row space, luggage capacity and the level of the standard equipment.
