Existing Motability customers are now able to place an order

After weeks of dealer closures and disruption, the Scheme has taken a phased approach to reopening for applications. We are giving immediate priority to customers who had ordered a vehicle before lockdown. Handovers for these customers are now underway and new orders from existing customers can start from next week.

  • We have social distancing measures in place, so you must contact us to make an appointment and find out in advance how COVID-19 is affecting our services.

    Unfortunately we are still unable to accept applications from people wishing to join the Scheme as we work through our backlog of existing customer orders.

    What does this mean for you?

    If you are approaching the end of your lease, or had your lease extended during lockdown, you will be able to place an order for your next car from 8 June 2020, should you wish to do so.

    If your chosen car isn’t in stock it may well take longer to deliver than usual, so it may be worth considering alternative manufacturers with similar cars. If your new car isn’t ready when you’re due to return your current car we will extend your lease to ensure you stay mobile.
