"My Kia Rio was very close to 100,000 miles and I had decided to have the 2 wearing front tyres replaced. This I thought would be a good opportunity to have any problems found or highlighted before the warranty expired. The tyre fitting was carried out without any fuss or problems. The attention from the Service Staff and the Manager, Mike Allen, was extremely good. But what impressed me was that on collecting the car, I noticed it looking extremely shiny and clean in the parking area. Just like when I had taken delivery of it from new."

There is no follow up calls to update me of any progress, I have to call and end up having to bring it in to repeat checks with the car and getting no further. Bit frustrating."

We first went to the dealership three years ago and we were met by Steve Bruan who took us through the whole Kia range and sold us our first Kia Venga. We were concerned about reliability and he explained he has sold his friends and family cars who were all very satisfied. He said we would not dissatisfied and we never have been. As previously mentioned we live in Enfield and a new showroom has recently opened along the A10.
