KIA REPEATS GOLD AWARD WIN FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Kia UK Limited has won the Feefo ‘Gold Trusted Service’ award for a second consecutive year.
Kia partnered with Feefo in October 2020 to give prospective customers access to reliable, independent feedback from real Kia owners. ‘Gold Trusted Service’ is one of the highest accolades from Feefo, and is only given to businesses delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
Businesses that meet Feefo’s standards, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award.
This latest award relates to the service rating given by real customers to Kia’s dealer partners during the purchase experience, underlining their overall satisfaction when buying a Kia.
This accreditation remains unique, based purely on the interactions with real-world customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the award is a true reflection of Kia’s commitment to outstanding service.
The award has been made all the more significant by the impact of the past two years on industry, with potential customers increasingly turning to their computers for help and support before and after purchasing products. Feefo figures show that on average, 40 per cent of people are now more likely to leave a review, compared to pre-pandemic. This has highlighted the need for companies to respond effectively and efficiently to online enquiries. This repeat award from Feefo is perfect recognition of Kia’s consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
