Senior Managment
Paul Rumsby - Kia Franchise Director

Paul is responsible for the overall daily operations at our Kia dealership in both Harlow and Stevenage and brings with him over 20 years-experience in the motor trade. Paul is an avid Fisherman so when he’s not at work he can be found relaxing by his local syndicate lake trying to outwit some rather large monsters that reside in it.

Eddie Toolsy - General Sales Manager

Eddie Toolsy has been in sales for over 10 years, he loves his food and especially enjoys seeking out new dining experiences. He doesn’t like poor time keeping so he won’t keep you waiting for an appointment as he’s always on time!
Jack Baird - Business Manager

Jack has recently joined the sales team as our Finance expert and has been in the motor trade for nearly ten years working with prestigious brands including Aston Martin so is a great acquisition for Ken Brown Harlow. In Jack’s spare time he enjoys using his season ticket for his beloved team Arsenal and attends as many games as possible.
Paul Paffey - Sales Executive

Don't let his youthful looks fool you he is a lot older than you think. Paul has been in the Motor trade 35 years and has a wealth of experience. When not a work Paul will be spending time with his Grandchildren or be walking his dogs in the Essex countryside, he loves being outside.
Stuart McIntyre - Sales Advisor

Stuart is a big sports fan who enjoys watching football. In the summer he is keen cricketer and plays whenever he can.
Paul Gowers - Sales Advisor

With 37 years of experience in the industry, Paul's expertise to the team will be invaluable. Being an ambassador for and having experience with the Kia brand brings a wealth of knowledge into the brand.

Out of work Paul has a passion for cooking and spending as much time with the family as possible.
The Service Team
Mike Allen - Service Manager

Mike has been the service manager at Harlow for 25 years with a total of 40 years in the trade. In his spare time he enjoys shooting but hates Marmite with a passion! (Don’t we all?)
Ryan Windley - Service Advisor

Service Advisor Ryan has been working with Kia for approaching 10 years so is really well placed to give you the best advice. A big West Ham fan, he enjoys watching football although doesn’t play as much as he used to. He has a real dislike for spiders.
Alan Sharpe - Service Advisor

Alan has been in the trade for three years and is our newest addition to the Service department. He supports Tottenham Hotspur football club and loves anything to do with the Military but detests brussel sprouts.
Technician Stephen has been with us for 4 years and when he’s not working under the bonnet here he’s following motorsport. He’s not a fan of filling in forms and would rather be on a stroll to his local pub.
Technician James is our resident Karaoke King and has been with us for 16 years. When he’s not singing he likes all things sporty such as Rugby, Football and Boxing.
Matt Higgins - Vehicle Technician

Adam is our newest member of the team in aftersales and brings a vast experience to Ken Brown. When Adam is not under the bonnet reparing and servicing vehicles he is looking at them at car shows.
John Batchelor - Vehicle Technician

John joins Ken Brown having previously been under the bonnet fixing and repairing cars for over 5 years and complements the team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge from Mercedes. When he is not getting his hands dirty, he enjoys watching Motor Racing.
The Parts Team
Steve Philpot - Parts Advisor

Steve has recently joined our Harlow Team to look after and take control of our Parts department and brings with him a vast knowledge built up over the years in the motor trade. In Steve’s spare time he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid cycler but when not hitting the road enjoys following his favourite football team Tottenham.
The Admin Team
Abbie Cobbin - Sales Administrator

Abbie is a friendly face and full of smiles looking after the paperwork behind the scenes. She has spent time at our Stevenage dealership before moving accross to Harlow. Outside of work Abbie enjoys brunching and is an expert on supermarket shopping and a massive fan of cheese boards. Her favourite Kia is the Ceed.
Leah Kelly - Sales Administrator

I enjoy Bottomless Brunches especially with Prosecco, eating at new Restaurants especially Italian. Fav Kia car is the XCEED, love online shopping & weekends away.
