  Spent the afternoon discussing options for a new purchase,was made to feel very welcome,all options were explained to me,took a vehicle out for a test drive.   Well,that was easier than I thought it would be!!Clint Louis at Ken browns was fabulous!!Everything was explained to myself and my husband,we were served coffee and hot chocolate and had some good laughs. We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Ken browns in Stevenage and definitely chat to Clint. He's a really nice guy and quite funny!! Good show to all at Ken browns, well done lads and ladies!!!xxxx

  Very unhelpful service desk. The vehicle has a fault with the rear wheel alignment that causes the inside of the rear tyres to shred to dangerous levels. During a routine service I asked for them to investigate. Service desk said they couldn't help and couldn't offer a suggestion as to how or where to rectify.
