Matthew Mitson - General Sales Manager

Our General Sales Manager, Matt prides himself on providing an outstanding customer experience and has worked in the motor industry for over 20 years. A passionate traveller, he has been to most corners of the world and if he isn’t working, he is definitely booking a flight somewhere hot. He enjoys taking his husky Keira for long walk in his spare time.

Jamal Abdul-Malik - Sales Manager

Our Sales Manager, Jamal loves nothing more than delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Having worked with Japanese & Korean brands for over 18 Years, he strongly believes in the Japanese Principle of ‘’Omotenashi’’ which is the philosophy of welcoming and caring for our customers with warmth, graciousness, and attentiveness ‘’wholehearted hospitality’. Outside of work, Jamal enjoys mountain biking, country walks and participates in annual half Marathons for a Charity.

Sophie Edwards – Sales Executive

My name is Sophie I have been in the motor trade for 8 years and with Hyundai for 4 years. Outside work I enjoy socialising with friends and family and love to travel.

Patrick Sefuke - Sales Executive

Patrick has been in the motor trade for 22 years and cannot imagine doing anything else. Best part of the job for Patrick is looking after customers and striving to be the best. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with the family.  

Salbi Mosa – Sales Executive

Salbi aka 'Sal' started in the motoring industry in 2011. He has been selling Hyundai cars for 5 years and is passionate about the growth and development of the new model range. Aside from work he enjoys socialising and learning new skills in his free time.

Sherry Arshad – Sales Executive

Charismatic personality with a goal of building customer relationships. Enjoys the finer things in life, incredibly family orientated. I have a passion for cars, and anything motor trade. 

Richard Merle – Sales Executive

Big family man to heart and enjoys holidays with the family and partner. Passionate about classic cars as my first car was a classic mini. Loves football and a big Arsenal fan. My main motivation is my 5 year old daughter Esme and giving her the best future.

Kirsty Rumsby - Service Manager

Kirsty joined the aftersales team in December 2022, she has 16 years’ experience and knowledge within a wide range of makes and models, in her spare time she enjoys spending with family and friends, her favourite type food is Thai.

Sam Gumble - Senior Service Advisor

Sam has been with Ken Brown since December 2019, in his spare time he enjoys watching football boxing and the F1, spending time with family and friends. He recently has become a proud father to twin boys, throughout Sam’s time with us he has progressed from technician to senior service advisor.

Kayleigh – Service Technician

Technician Kayleigh joined us in March 2020. Before that spent 3 years as a motorbike technician. She is a huge dog lover and has two of her own, her favourite food is pizza, when she is not out roller skating, she is out on her motorbike with family and friends.

Dan - Service Technician

Dan joined us in March 2022 having been in the trade for over 10 years, in this time he achieved a wide range of knowledge and the title of youngest master tech in the country in 2018. In his spare time he enjoys go karting which is something he has done since a young age becoming 2 time national karting champion, Dan has a strong passion for all things that go fast but strongly dislikes raisins.

Daniel Doherty - Service Technician

Daniel has recently joined us here at Ken Brown, he has been in the trade over 5 years with various different manufacturers on his roster which has provided him with a huge amount of knowledge. In his spare time, he is enjoying being outside with nature and taking part in many different outdoor activities.

Josh Cable - Service Technician

Josh has recently joined us here at Ken Brown. He has been in the trade just 4 years but has gained a lot of knowledge and experience in that time. In his spare time, he loves listening to music and going to festivals, he also helps his local karting centre with repairs and events throughout the year.

Joe-Ann - Parts Advisor

Joe-Ann has been in the Parts trade for 32 years and loves her job. When Joe-Ann is away from the busy Parts Department she likes cycling and enjoys riding whether a road bike or mountain bike, is a keen reader and loves cats. Joe-Ann dislikes her photo being taken, cheese in burgers and cooking.
