    Having been unable to book into my usual Hyundai dealer due to their limited availability I found Ken Brown and although closer to me the journey takes longer due to traffic, however, after the most amazing, professional and attentive service delivered by Giovanni I don't think I will be booking my car in anywhere else. From the outset, getting an appointment that suited me, the communication both before and after have been 1st class and the standard of service, timeliness of delivery, e.g. car being aready when they say it will, and the politeness of the people makes it a must when it comes to booking again next year. Thanks for such a great experience and your are a credit to the Hyundai brand.

    Great Hyundai dealer and show room at this location. I have been here twice and both times I have had a very pleasent, informative experience. So much so that I will be picking our new car up soon. The gentlemen that work here are absolutely wonderful. Specifically Adrian and Rhys. Very relaxed, welcoming demeanour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I had full autonomy to test drive their vehicles as I wished and there was certainly nothing pushy at all when it came to the sales procedure. Really top notch experience. Thanks very much guys.

    Having recently purchased a car with Sal I would thoroughly recommend him. He was informative, knowledgeable, respectful and not pushy. He gave me a great deal on a fabulous car and did everything he promised he would. I can go back anytime I want for advice or further help.

    Hopeless dealership that didn't know much at all about their new EVs. I remember a few years ago asking something as basic as if the wing mirrors will dip during a reverseThe sales rep didn't have a clue. Any car can develop problems but I didn't think our 2.5 year old Ioniq 5 would have a broken rear door mechanism so soon. Anyway, their garage couldn't fix it which is not unusual but now we got a two week for them to take the door apart but the best part is there's no courtesy car unless we wait another month. Best part is we asked if the neighbouring Hyundai garages had space in their calendars; no, they have no idea and we have to phone them ourselves. What a joke of an operation.

    I requested a general part-exchange value for my Suzuki Ignis via their website this week. The valuation was about £1500 less than I had been offered elsewhere. No sooner had I left their website, my phone rang and it was this dealership. I declined the call as I didn’t now want to progress matters any further. Then an email soon after from presumably the sales person who’d just rung me. I told her clearly the valuation was way out and I was no longer interested. Then, a second email from the same person asking me what car I was interested in and that she would speak to her manager about the previous valuation level. I immediately responded telling her I had already said I did not wish to proceed and asked her to essentially respect that decision. Today, I was telephoned by them again with a further message left. I don’t like being harassed by car dealers wanting a sale when I have clearly told them, and in writing, that I am not interested. They may have great feedback overall, but in my direct experience, not taking NO for an answer, doesn’t incline me to leave them any. Two stars for at least responding quickly. Three stars off for not accepting the customer’s choice not to progress matters any further.

    If you are looking for VIP treatment. This is the place to go to. I always receive the best welcome and best good bye and all my questions are answered. The manager is always around to provide you with valuable information and support and share a joke or two. He is the backbone of this team and everyone gives you the same level of service. They always make it look a like a walk in the park.

    I contacted Ken Brown Hyundai in Richmond after seeing an advert for a second hand Hyundai car. Iain Davidge responded quickly and he put forward two vehicles for consideration. Iain explained clearly the different features of the two vehicles and a choice was made. He went through the purchase, registration and handover procedures with care and humour, taking stress out of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Ken Brown Hyundai in Richmond.

    We decided to get our 2nd Hyundai on PCP with Ken Brown (first time around 3 years ago, they were excellent). This time, however has been a nightmare. Ken Brown said they could get us a Dark Knight Ultimate under the hybrid deal ending in March, did a great price for us and took our deposit. It then took them 2 weeks to come back and say they couldn't get hold of the Ultimate in the colour we'd ordered, and all of the others in this spec accross the country had gone, with the deal closing in 3 days. They could then only offer us a car in a colour and interior trim we didn't want. They were very slow to respond to all calls & emails chasing the order from the time we ordered and then they took over 2 weeks to return my deposit. They clearly didn't want my business and will not get it in the future. I'm still waiting for the Manager to call me back having messaged him 8 days ago!! Very poor customer service.

    We do not buy cars that often and our experience of Sal and the Ken Brown Group was stress free relaxed and at no time was there any hard sell. All the staff were curteous and polite and made us both feel very comfortable. Sal's knowledge of the car we are buying was second to none and we enjoyed the whole test drive experience.     Third time I’ve taken my lease car to Ken Browns in Letchworth. From the booking process to collecting the car after the service, the communication is fantastic. Even though there is a dealer closer to where I am, this place is far the most friendliest and professional. I always wait for the car to be done, the screen in the waiting area tells you the progress of the car and the video they send you once done is a great add on. Shame I’m charging cars but if you have a Hyundai then this is the place to come! P.S, great coffee machine.

    Today I had a very good after sales experience with Richard Merle. When I brought my i20 it had no parcel shelf, I was told "they are extra" they are not extra and despite 2 emails and a phone call to their colleague,I didn't hear back. I also asked about a service plan. Today Richard sorted out the service plan and gave me a parcel shelf. These days good customer service matters especially if you want repeat sales.
